2. Description of Service
VARGATES Medical is a virtual clinic simulator for medical education. The Service provides interactive medical training scenarios, virtual patient cases, anatomy visualization, and related educational tools. The Service is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service content without authorization; (e) use the Service content as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including virtual patient cases, 3D models, course materials, and software, is the property of Vardix Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for educational purposes.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VARGATES Medical is an educational tool and should not be used for clinical decision-making. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vardix Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
